Robert T. Gardner Jr. is the Founder/Director of Programs and Services at Relationship Readiness Life Preparedness Services (RRLPS). He espouses the view that in order to be at our best, we should have good emotional intelligence.

This means that we have either acknowledged that we have some personal issues, which we have resolved, or we are actively working to resolve our issues from the past. Then, we will be free from our inhibitions to do what we were born to do. Robert believes with good emotional intelligence, we live more abundant and emotionally healthy lives.

Robert has a B.A. degree in Political Science from Fordham University, a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources Management from NYU and a Master’s of Social Work degree from Rutgers University.

Robert is an agent for change regarding unhealthy relationships and creates and facilitates educational programs that teach people how to improve their emotional intelligence in order to eradicate intimate partner violence, bullying and hostile retaliatory behaviors in the workplace!
